of Quarkis Company Limited and affiliated companies ("Quarkis") are committed
to protecting the privacy of information and data that you share and that may
be used to identify you and your personal information.
The intention of this Do Not Sell My Personal Information policy (the DNSMPI Policy) is to
disclose how we use your Personal information (see our Privacy Policy) and your rights to opt
out in accordance with the Kingdom of Thailand requirements.
You may withdraw your consent regarding the collection, use and/or disclosure and/or request
deletion of your personal data that is in our possession or control by simply deleting your
account.
If you have an account with us, you may access and/or correct your personal data in our
possession and control it by yourself throughout the Platform. If and when you delete
your account, all of your personal data will be deleted as well. If you don't have an account
with us, any personal data you share
will be automatically deleted within 7 days.
We reserve the right to refuse correction of your personal data in accordance with the
provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law. which the provisions specify and/or
give the organization the right to refuse rectification of personal data in specified situations.
